Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please follow these steps to file a claim:

Provide Proof: As requested by customer service, submit proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) and photos or videos of the product.

Important Notes
Warranty services are only available for products purchased through Blush Bloom official channels.
During the warranty period, repaired or replaced products will continue to be covered under the remaining warranty period but will not extend the warranty duration.
Warranty services do not cover shipping costs; customers are responsible for the shipping fees to send the product.
