FAQs About Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

Is my package discreet?
Absolutely! At Blush Bloom, your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents inside. The shipping label will show a neutral sender name (e.g., BB Logistics) and will not mention Blush Bloom or any product details.  
You can choose to collect your parcel from a free 24/7 Australia Post Parcel Locker.

How to use a Parcel Locker
1. Sign up for a MyPost account and verify your identity.
2. Choose a Parcel Locker - search for an address and select ‘Parcel Locker’ as the type of location you are looking for. Save the details as your alternative delivery address.
3. At checkout, enter your Parcel Locker as your delivery address.
4. When your parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS or email containing an access code to open your Parcel Locker. You will have 48 hours to collect it.
All parcels not collected within 48 hours will be available for collection at a nearby Post Office.

Can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the process.  

Do you ship internationally?
We ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6-16 business days and express orders in 4-12 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Collection points?
You can collect your parcel from one of Australia Post’s 4,700+ collection points, including a Post Office, PO Box or free 24/7 Parcel Locker. Get the AusPost app to register for a collection point.

Safe Drop: If you are not home when your order arrives, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker for you to collect.

Attempted delivery when signature is required: If a signature is required and no one is there to accept the parcel, it will be taken to a Post Office nearby or placed in a Parcel Locker. Australia Post will notify you of the collection details by email, SMS, the AusPost app or leaving a card.

Returning items (if offered via Australia Post): Returns can be lodged at one of 20,000 Australia Post drop off locations nationwide, including Post Offices, free 24/7 Parcel Lockers and Street Posting Boxes.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes! At Blush Bloom, we take your privacy seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and secure systems to protect your data. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent.  

Will my billing statement show Blush Bloom?
No. To ensure complete discretion, your billing statement will show a neutral descriptor (e.g., BB Logistics) and will not mention Blush Bloom or any product details.  

How do you protect my privacy during delivery?
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The shipping label will not mention Blush Bloom or any product details, ensuring your privacy from start to finish.  

Can I shop anonymously?
Yes! You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest to keep your shopping experience completely private.  

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems to ensure your financial information is protected.  


FAQs About Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products (except for defective items).  

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns. Store credit is valid for 24 months and can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.  

How do I initiate a return?
1. Contact our customer service team at [insert email] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us with your order number and details about the issue. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.  

What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Downloadable software or digital content.
- Gift cards.  

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with your store credit code, which can be used for future purchases.  

Changed Your Mind?
At Blush Bloom, we truly value your satisfaction and strive to make every experience exceptional. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we regret that we cannot accept returns based solely on a change of mind. We are happy to assist with returns or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect.  

Wrong Size? Unwanted Gift?
At Blush Bloom, we are here to assist. If you have received an incorrect size, we gladly offer exchanges for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For unwanted gifts, we provide store credit, valid for 24 months, to enhance your future shopping experience.
