Shipping Options
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
Domestic – Standard delivery (Parcel Post): Same state delivery in 2-4 business days, 3-6 business days for interstate.
Domestic – Express delivery (Express Post): Same state delivery in 1-2 business days, 1-3 business days for interstate.
International – Standard delivery (Parcel Post): Delivery in 6+ business days.
International – Express delivery (Express Post): Delivery in 4+ business days.
Collection points: Collect your parcel from a Post Office, PO Box or a free 24/7 Parcel Locker.
Safe Drop: If you are not home, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place.
Attempted delivery when signature is required: If a signature is required but no one is home to accept the parcel, Australia Post will notify you of the collection details
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by the destination country’s policies and are the responsibility of the customer.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents inside. The shipping label will show a neutral sender name (e.g., “BB Logistics”) and will not mention Blush Bloom or any product details.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your package is shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click the link or visit the carrier’s website to see real-time updates.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship certain products to specific regions. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund or alternative options.
International Shipping Notes
International delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance processes in the destination country.
