Returns, Store Credit & Exchanges


At Blush Bloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, store credit, and exchanges work.
Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products (except for defective items).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at [insert email] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a unique code.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

Store Credit Policy
Instead of refunds, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on our website.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
How to Use Store Credit
During checkout, enter your store credit code in the designated field to apply it to your order.
If your purchase amount is less than the store credit value, the remaining balance will stay on your account for future use.
Exchanges
Eligibility
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items received.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact our customer service team at Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the defect or damage, and we will either send a replacement or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products (unless defective).
Downloadable software or digital content.
Gift cards.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
